Hi am well versed with cafes in Berkeley, Oakland and the Peninsula and know if good coffee in SF but would like recommendations of great places to hang out.
I went to a cafe once on I think 18th and Sanchez or something. I live near Japantown so anywhere in walking radius from there would be awesome but I would love to hear about all good indi cafes you like.

oakside cafe - oak @ broderick - they are only open 'till 3 or 4 - good people, good coffee, free wifi
i forget the name but the coffee was great and free wifi to boot - upper haight, right next to amoeba records
